Support · Modmail

Private member-to-staff conversations in Discord.

Not every member issue belongs in public — a report, an appeal, a sensitive question. Modmail gives your community one clear, private door to staff: they DM the bot, your team handles it together in a channel, and replies go back as DMs.

Sensitive issues have nowhere private to go

Without a private channel, members DM a random moderator who may never see it, or say nothing at all. Modmail is the front desk: one place to reach staff, and one organised thread for your team to handle it.

Members just DM the bot

No commands, no forms — a DM opens a private conversation with your whole team.

A channel per conversation

Each modmail opens a channel in a staff category, so the team sees and handles it together.

Staff stay anonymous

Replies go out under the bot, and /modmail close archives the thread when it’s resolved.

Relayed both ways

Staff reply in the channel; the member gets it as a DM — a normal conversation for them, an organised thread for you.
