Two plugins in one purchase for one network: Server Profile gives the bot its own nickname, avatar and banner on every server, and Branding puts your name, colour, logo and footer on its messages. The Branding Pack removes the CloudMod footer on any plan. Sold only as this one-time add-on: no plan includes it, not even Network or Grid, and it stays with the network whatever happens to your subscription. Paid through Discord's official store.

Pricing questions

Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. Moderation, welcomes, leveling, role sync and the core plugins are free, with generous limits — your main server plus 3 sub-servers, 15 rules and 5 plugins of your choice per project.
What do the paid plans add?+
Link ($3.99) adds the ticket system and raises the limits to 5 sub-servers, 50 rules and 10 plugin slots. Network ($7.99) removes the plugin limit, adds Status Roles and Spotify Releases, 15 sub-servers, 200 rules and a fast safety sweep (~30 min), and removes CloudMod's footer and the "via CloudMod" watermark.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Discord handles payment as our merchant of record, so the subscription itself is cancelled in Discord — open User Settings, go to Billing and cancel it there. Your dashboard shows the plan, the date it ends once you have cancelled, and links you straight to Discord. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current period. If your network moves to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted: CloudMod pauses what no longer fits — the most recently enabled plugins, the newest sub-servers, rules and timed roles, and open events — and keeps every setting for when you switch them back on.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Node needs only your Discord login. A card is only required if you choose Link or Network.
What is the Grid plan?+
It's for operators running several networks: unlimited rules, sub-servers and timed roles, every paid plugin Network includes, and no CloudMod footer or watermark. There's no checkout — we agree the scope with you first, so open a ticket in the support Discord.
