Moderation across your network
Moderation that covers every server.
CloudMod moderates a network, not just a server. Filters, raid and scam defence and the audit log are configured once and apply everywhere, and a ban on the main server can follow the offender across the whole network.
Moderating five servers means doing everything five times
Separate moderation bots mean separate word lists, separate settings and separate logs. A troll banned on one server simply walks into the next one. And when something goes wrong, the evidence is scattered across five different log channels.
Network-wide bans
Opt-in ban sync propagates a ban (and an unban) to every connected server, with owners, admins and whitelisted users protected and a loop guard built in.
Word filter with quarantine
Substring, whole-word or regex matching; delete the message, apply a quarantine role, DM the member and log the case.
Raid and scam defence
Scam Guard catches compromised accounts, raid alerts detect join spikes with optional lockdown, a honeypot channel traps spam bots, and an account-age gate holds brand-new accounts for review.
Cases and audit log
Warnings and notes build a per-member case history, and every action is logged by category to the channels you choose.
Set up moderation
- 01
Enable the plugins
Pick the protection you want per server: word filter, Scam Guard, raid alerts, honeypot, account-age gate.
- 02
Create your log channels
CloudMod can auto-create a full log structure, or you can point each category at your own channels.
- 03
Turn on ban sync
Opt in when you are ready for bans to travel across the network — it stays off until you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does CloudMod replace a dedicated moderation bot?
For most networks, yes — it covers filtering, raid and scam defence, verification, warnings, cases, purge and logging. If your priority is the deepest possible single-server moderation toolkit, a specialist bot may still go further; CloudMod’s advantage is that moderation, sync and everything else run as one system.
Where do I ban or kick someone?
Day-to-day bans and kicks stay in Discord itself — CloudMod picks them up and, with ban sync enabled, propagates them across the network. Warnings, notes, cases, purge and the whitelist are available as slash commands, and the rest is configured in the dashboard.
Can a ban be undone everywhere?
Yes. Unbans propagate the same way bans do.
Are message contents stored?
No. Message contents used for edit/delete logging are held briefly in memory and posted to your log channel — they are never written to CloudMod’s database.
Is moderation part of the free plan?
Yes. Moderation and the core sync features are included on the free plan.
