Why the number matters
2,500 synced members is not simply 2,500 users. It is the sum of every role assignment that no longer happens manually. In a network with five sub-servers, a single member quickly equals half a dozen actions the bot takes over.
What happens behind the scenes
Every time a role is granted on a main server, CloudMod propagates it to the linked servers. When someone leaves a server or is banned, the bot conservatively cleans up dependent roles. An audit log keeps every action traceable.
