Utility · Application Forms
Staff applications, right inside Discord.
Stop collecting staff applications in DMs and external forms. CloudMod opens your form right inside Discord — members apply with /apply or an Apply now button, and every submission lands in a review channel where your team approves or rejects it with one click.
Applications scattered across DMs and outside forms
An external form means a link people lose, answers your team reads somewhere else, and a role someone has to remember to hand out afterwards. Applications in DMs are worse — no structure, no record, and no easy way to share them with the rest of staff.
Forms in a Discord window
Up to 25 questions per form, 5 per Discord window: short or long text, numbers, a dropdown with up to 25 options, or a file upload of up to 10 files.
Review in one click
Every application posts to your review channel with Approve and Reject buttons — or review, filter and decide in the dashboard.
A role on approval
Approving can grant a role automatically on your main server, and role sync carries it to the rest of your network.
Trial periods
Start approved applicants on a trial role for 1 hour to 30 days, then promote them automatically, remove the role, or let your team decide.

Frequently asked questions
How do members apply?
With /apply or an Apply now button on a panel you post — Discord opens the form window right there, uploads included.
What question types are there?
Short text, long text, numbers, a dropdown (up to 25 options, optionally several picks) and file uploads (1–10 files). Up to 25 questions per form — Discord shows 5 per window, so longer forms continue on the next page with one click.
Who can approve applications?
Members with Manage Server can approve or reject in Discord; the dashboard shows every application with a status filter.
Can new staff start on a trial?
Yes — approval can give a trial role for 1 hour to 30 days. Optionally CloudMod counts messages and voice minutes during the trial (never what anyone wrote), and your team sees both when it ends.
Is the applicant told the result?
Not by CloudMod — tell them yourself, or let the role speak for itself.
Is the application bot free?
Yes — application forms are part of CloudMod’s free plan.
