Members thank each other
+rep @user (or /rep give) with a cooldown, so the number reflects a real pattern, not rep-farming.
A leaderboard
A per-server board plus a shareable web leaderboard (deliberately not indexed) recognise your best members.
Admin controls
/rep set (values can go negative) and /rep reset for the edge cases.
