Raid and scrim sign-ups with a real line-up.
For raids, scrims and group nights, “yes I’m coming” isn’t enough — you need to know who plays what. CloudMod posts an event with a button per role from your line-up; members claim a slot, full roles go to the bench, and when someone drops out the first person on the bench moves up and gets pinged.

A reaction poll doesn’t fill a roster
A “react if you’re in” post tells you how many people might show up, not whether you have two tanks and a healer. Someone ends up counting reactions, chasing drop-outs and messaging subs by hand an hour before start.
Sign up by role
Each role in your line-up is a button with its own slot count. Click to join, click another to switch, click again to drop out.
A bench that moves up
When a role is full, sign-ups go to the bench — and the first in line moves up automatically when a slot opens.
Ready-made line-ups
MMO Trinity, Scrim 5v5 and Simple work out of the box, or build your own with emoji, labels, slots and button colours.
Reminders in your timezone
Times are read in your network’s timezone, and a reminder pings everyone signed up before the start (30 minutes by default).

Frequently asked questions
Is CloudMod a Raid-Helper alternative?
For role-based sign-ups, yes — events with a line-up, a button per role, slot limits, a bench that moves up automatically and a reminder before the start. It is one plugin in an all-in-one bot, so you don’t need a separate event bot.
What happens when a role is full?
Further sign-ups go to the bench. When someone drops out, the first person on the bench moves up automatically and gets pinged.
Who can post events?
Admins by default. Set an Event manager role so raid leads can post and cancel events too.
How do I enter the time?
As a date and time, or relative like “in 90m” or “in 2d”. Times use your network’s timezone, set once in project settings.
Can members add a note?
Yes — a short note when signing up, like “only until 10” or “bringing a friend”.
Is the event bot free?
Yes — a free plugin, currently Alpha. The free Node plan allows 3 open events at a time; Link raises that to 10, Network to 25, and Grid has no limit.
