Discord can’t tell you what time it is for someone else
Discord renders every timestamp in the timezone of whoever is reading it. That’s useful — and it means Discord can never answer the one question you actually have: is it mid-afternoon for them, or three in the morning? Without that, you either wait for a reply that was never coming tonight, or ping someone who is asleep.
Set once, everywhere
A member’s timezone is stored per person, not per server — set it on any server in your network and every other one knows it. A single-server bot can’t do that.
Search, don’t scroll
Autocomplete understands cities (berlin, new york), abbreviations (PST, CET, GMT) and country names — not just the full Region/City spelling.
The offset, not just the clock
/timezone show gives their local time and how many hours ahead or behind you they are, when you have both set one.
Theirs to remove
Nothing is stored until a member sets it themselves, and /timezone clear removes it completely at any time.

How do I show timezones in Discord?
Members run /timezone set once, then anyone can use /timezone show to see their local time.
Do I have to type Europe/Berlin?
No. Type berlin, new york, PST or germany and pick from the suggestions — the full IANA name works too.
Does it work across several servers?
Yes. The timezone belongs to the member, not the server, so it applies on every server in your network.
Can members remove their timezone?
Yes, /timezone clear deletes it. Nothing is stored unless a member sets it themselves.
